We are in the bulk Bitumen transportation from last 7 years and successfully growing day by day.
Bitumen has to be loaded and transported at a temperature of up to 200 degrees Celsius. S.B.B.T.C is the specialist in this business field. With approx. 20 of its own and an additional third-party vehicles the company is trying to become a market leader. Its clients are major oil companies as well as leading road construction companies and the roof-covering industry. S.B.B.T.C. SUPPLY VARIOUS BULK BITUMEN PRODUCTS LIKE
POLYMER MODIFIED BITUMEN (PMB):
This is polymer and rubber based modified binder which is useful for the construction of roads catering to heavy traffic and also for the formation of airfields and surfacing.Modified Bitumen performs better than ordinary Bitumen in high rain fall area and in situation where the aggregates are prone to stripping.
It Improves resistance in cracking resulting in stronger and more durable overlays even in extreme climatic conditions.
Reduces deformation on the roads even at temperatures of (50-70 degrees C) Polymer and Rubber based modifier binder extend life of pavement by 50-70% compared to conventional bitumen.
PMB act as a multigrade bitumen and are economical when life cycle cost is taken into consideration.
CRUMB RUBBER MODIFIED BITUMEN (CRMB):
CRMB is a blend of selected grades of bitumen and crumb rubber modifier. The modifier restores the required visco-elastic balance of the Bitumen binder, which improves binder resistance to any form of permanent deformation while maintaining high resistance to fatigue, thermal and low temperature cracking.
Excellent resistance to thermal and low temperature cracking.
Superior resistance to any form to permanent deformation.
Better adhesion between aggregate and binder.
Overall improved performance in extreme climatic conditions.
EMULSIFIED BITUMEN
Bitumen Emulsion is available as Anionic,Cationic and Nonionic types. Usually, it is the type of aggregate and climate that defines what type of Bitumen Emulsion should be used. Cationic Emulsion represents more than 95% of the world Consumption today. The technology for the emulsion chemistry and type of application equipment make it the most logical class of emulsion to use, especially in case of tropical countries and countries with extreme climatic conditions.
BITUMEN
Bitumen (Straight Grade) shall be prepared by the distillation of suitable crude, petroleum oil without subsequent blending with other grades. The material shall be homogenous and shall not foam when heated to 175°C. No mineral matter other than naturally contained in the material shall be present.
ASPHALTOSEAL
ASPHALTOSEAL has been used to provide a barrier between the concrete and the blacktop to minimize the difference between the temperature response of the two materials. Additionally, heavy traffic, such as loaded trucks, will cause a bow wave, analogous to that produced by a ship moving in water, on the surface of even a rigid concrete bridge-again, adversely affecting the surface quality of the deck.
GPRS based Vehicle Tracking System (VTS)
in each tanker we have fitted GPRS device so that we can trace out the location of the tankers through the latest technology of GPRS, and we can make the further planning for the tankers loading. It provides the added flexibility of knowing where the vehicles have been and where they are heading to VTS the ability to optimize routing and incorporate real time operational needs while the fleet is on the move. Tracking tankers was a serious issue, there were times when they deviated from the actual route or drivers took a break The anytime anywhere, internet enabled fleet tracking & Management Solution offers all this and much more. A GPRS system fitted to a truck will mean that the transportation company will be able to track all their loads throughout their journeys. This will ensure a clear picture of where their vehicles are and we will be able to track their progress as they deliver their goods. Customers waiting for deliveries can then be given a reliable report of progress and a definite expected time of delivery
